There are 2 steps into the shop but there is a grab rail on either side of the door.

There are 2 steps into the shop, but we do have an 8ft portable ramp that we can put out if required.

If you require extra time when ordering that is absolutely fine. We will never pressure or rush you into ordering.

If you require the lights to be dimmed, please let us know. We always want you to feel comfortable whilst with us.

The radio is normally playing. However, if you would like it turned off or quieter then please ask us it is not a problem.

We have 1 member of staff that knows basic greetings in sign language.

If you find it easier to have a consistent member of staff serve you we will do our very best to accomadate this.

Here we love to involve those who may have additional needs. Therefor we will always talk to you not just you carer.
