There are two steps at the entrance, but grab rails are available on both sides of the door to assist you.

We have an 8ft portable ramp available. If you need it, just let us know — we’re happy to set it up for you.

Take all the time you need. We’ll never rush you or pressure you while ordering.

If dimmed lighting makes your visit more comfortable, we’re happy to adjust it — just ask.

We usually have the radio on, but if you'd prefer it off or at a lower volume, we’re happy to oblige.

We always speak directly to every customer, including those with additional needs. You are at the heart of our service.

You can reserve a table in advance to make your visit smoother and stress-free.

You’re welcome to order at the till, but if it’s easier for you, we’re more than happy to take your order at the table – just let us know!
